###
Tips
###
  • To make the perfect pie crust, use a combination of butter and shortening. This will create a flaky and tender crust.
  • When measuring flour, spoon it into the measuring cup and level it off with a knife. Do not scoop the flour directly from the bag, as this will pack it in and result in a tough crust.
  • When making the filling, be sure to use high-quality chocolate and coffee. This will ensure that the pie has a rich and flavorful taste.
  • Do not overcook the filling. Once it has reached a simmer, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before pouring it into the pie crust.
  • Chill the pie before serving. This will help the filling to set and the pie will be easier to slice.
  • Serve the pie with whipped cream or ice cream for a delicious dessert.
