MOIST TURKEY MEATLOAF
My kids don't like meatloaf but they love this! It is wonderfully moist and flavorful. This is from the Stonyfield Farm web site. When I am short on time, I skip the saute the onion step and just mix it all together - tastes delicious!

Tips:
- Choose the right turkey meat: Ground turkey breast is a leaner option, while ground turkey thigh is more flavorful. You can also use a combination of both.
- Don't overmix the meatloaf: Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use a variety of seasonings: This will help to give the meatloaf flavor. Some good options include garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and oregano.
- Add some moisture: This will help to keep the meatloaf moist. You can use broth, milk, or eggs.
- Bake the meatloaf at a low temperature: This will help to prevent it from drying out. Bake the meatloaf at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour.
- Let the meatloaf rest before serving: This will help the juices to redistribute and make the meatloaf easier to slice.
Conclusion:
Turkey meatloaf is a healthy and delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With a little planning, you can make a delicious and moist turkey meatloaf that your whole family will enjoy.
