1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup(s) mayo/miracle whip ( i use miracle whip)
1/2-2/3 cup(s) raisins
1 cup(s) halved pecans or walnuts, but i prefer pecans for this one.

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat, or for at least a couple of hours. Enjoy!!

1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

  • Heat apple juice to boiling, and let raisins plump in juice for 30 minutes.
  • Grate carrots and apple, and blot the apple between pieces of paper towel to get rid of excess moisture.
