A moist and chewy bread with the great taste of cranberries and walnuts. Watch the consistency; I usually need to add more flour so that it doesn't 'climb the walls'. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Choose the right cranberries: Fresh or frozen cranberries can be used in this recipe. If using fresh cranberries, rinse them thoroughly before using. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will result in a tough bread. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Grease the loaf pan well: This will help the bread to come out of the pan easily.
  • Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the bread is cooked through.
