Tips:

  • Make the sour cream sauce ahead of time: This will allow the flavors to meld and will make the sauce thicker and more flavorful. You can make the sauce up to 2 days ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will give your enchiladas the best flavor. If you can, use fresh tortillas, sour cream, and salsa. You can also use fresh herbs, such as cilantro or parsley, to garnish the enchiladas.
  • Don't overcook the enchiladas: Enchiladas are best when they are cooked just until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are heated through. Overcooking the enchiladas will make them dry and tough.
  • Serve the enchiladas immediately: Enchiladas are best served hot and fresh out of the oven. If you need to make them ahead of time, you can assemble them and then bake them just before serving.

Conclusion:

Monster sour cream enchiladas are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a potluck.
