Tips:
- Choosing the Right Pork Roast: Select a pork roast with good marbling for added flavor and moisture. Look for a roast that is evenly shaped and has a consistent color.
- Preparing the Pork Roast: Pat the pork roast dry with paper towels before seasoning and cooking. This helps the seasonings adhere to the meat and creates a crispy exterior.
- Seasoning the Pork Roast: Generously season the pork roast with salt, pepper, and other desired seasonings. You can use a spice rub, a marinade, or simply sprinkle the seasonings directly onto the meat.
- Cooking the Pork Roast: Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and add a cup of liquid, such as water, broth, or wine. Cover the pan and cook the roast in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for approximately 20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

- Glazing the Pork Roast: Once the pork roast is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Brush the mustard glaze all over the pork roast and return it to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the glaze is browned and bubbly.
