KIDS' FAVOURITE CHICKEN WINGS
These are not your typical sweet and sour recipe for chicken, having no ketchup or tomato products. They are only mildly sour and the sauce becomes wonderfully brown as the wings bake. Expect some happy but sticky faces and keep a wet dish towel at hand!

Tips:
- Choose the Right Wings: Select plump, meaty chicken wings with a good amount of skin for a crispy exterior and juicy interior.
- Pat Wings Dry: Before cooking, pat the wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which helps them crisp up nicely.
- Season Generously: Don't be shy with the seasonings! A good blend of spices, herbs, and salt will elevate the flavor of the wings.
- Use a High-Heat Cooking Method: Whether you're baking, grilling, or frying the wings, high heat is essential for achieving a crispy exterior and tender interior.
- Don't Overcook: Overcooked wings become dry and tough. Cook them until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
- Make a Variety of Sauces: Offer a range of sauces to cater to different preferences. Classic options include buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, and a cool ranch dip.
