1 1/4 cups frozen waffle fries (from a 20-ounce bag)
1/2 cup prepared chili, no beans
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup salsa
6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup guacamole
Pickled jalapeƱos, optional
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Steps:

  • Bake the waffles fries to golden brown according to the package instructions.
  • Meanwhile, heat the chili in a medium saucepot over medium-low heat.
  • Place the fries on a serving platter or in a large shallow bowl. Top with the chili, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with the pickled jalapeƱos, if using, and the cilantro leaves. Serve warm.

0.5 (1 kg) bag frozen french fries (i like the crispy skin-on variety)
2 green onions, chopped (green and white parts)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (more if you like)
3 tablespoons imitation bacon bits (if you dont like these, use fresh bacon crumbles)
sour cream, for dipping

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to whatever the back of the bag of frozen fries says, and cook fries for 10 minutes.
  • Turn fries once, and bake for 7 more minutes.
  • Take fries out of oven, and turn on your broiler.
  • Sprinkle on cheese, followed by green onions and bacon bits. if you have any other toppings you'd like to put on you could do that now too. :).
  • Return pan to oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and gooey. (Watch this step though, because you don't want to burn anything).
  • Remove from oven and serve on a plate with sour cream. yummy. :).

1 c water
1/2 c salsa
1 pkg frozen french fries
2 c dairy sour cream
1 jar(s) tostitos con queso cheese dip
3 green onions,diced
1 pkg taco seasoning mix

  • 1. Bake fries in oven according to package directions. Keep warm. Brown and fry beef in skillet, skim off any fat. Add water, taco seasoning mix and salsa. Heat cheese dip in microwave. To serve-plate fries on each plate then top with some beef mixture, cheese sauce , sour cream and diced green onions.
