⅔ cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
⅛ cup grated semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • Combine flour, butter, and chopped nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar, and 1 container of whipped topping until well mixed. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
1 cup powdered sugar
4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 1/2 ounces milk chocolate candy bars, grated

Steps:

  • For the crust, mix flour, butter and nuts until crumbly, press into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on high with a mixer until smooth.
  • Fold in half the whipped topping.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Mix the puddings with milk, beat slowly with mixer until smooth (2 minutes).
  • Spread on top of cheese layer.

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts are what I use)
1 (13 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
chopped nuts (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Mix flour,butter and 1 cup nuts,press into bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Beat together 1/2 of the cool whip,and all of the cream cheese and sugar.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk,spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
