Tips:
- Choose the right lemons: For the best nimbu pani, use fresh, ripe lemons. Look for lemons that are heavy for their size and have a smooth, blemish-free skin.
- Use filtered or spring water: Tap water can sometimes have a strange taste that can ruin your nimbu pani. If you can, use filtered or spring water instead.
- Add sugar or honey to taste: Some people like their nimbu pani sweet, while others prefer it tart. Add sugar or honey to taste until you reach the desired sweetness level.
- Garnish with mint leaves: Mint leaves add a refreshing flavor and aroma to nimbu pani. If you have some on hand, be sure to add a few leaves to your glass.
- Chill before serving: Nimbu pani is best served chilled. If you're making it ahead of time, be sure to refrigerate it for at least an hour before serving.
