Tips:

  • Select ripe avocados: Use avocados that are slightly soft to the touch and have a dark green color. Avoid avocados that are too hard or have brown spots.
  • Use fresh lime juice: Fresh lime juice adds a bright, tangy flavor to the sauce. Avoid using bottled lime juice, as it can have a bitter taste.
  • Adjust the heat level: The amount of jalapeño used in the recipe can be adjusted to suit your taste preferences. If you like a milder sauce, use less jalapeño. For a spicier sauce, use more jalapeño.
  • Use a blender or food processor: A blender or food processor will help you to create a smooth and creamy sauce. If you don't have a blender or food processor, you can mash the avocado and other ingredients together with a fork until smooth.
  • Serve immediately: Avocado sauce is best served immediately after it is made. However, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
