No-Bake 3-Ingredient Cheerios™ Bars image

Good-for-you Cheerios® cereal and two other ingredients make an irresistible no-bake bar.

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows (6 cups)
5 cups Cheerios™ cereal

Steps:

  • Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter and marshmallows uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is smooth. Remove from microwave.
  • Immediately stir in cereal until evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into pan. With buttered back of a spoon, press mixture in pan until even. Cool at least 10 minutes.
  • With table knife, cut cereal mixture into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 bars. Store in loosely covered container.

6 cups Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal
1 bag (14 oz) vanilla caramels, unwrapped
3 tablespoons water
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup semisweet or milk chocolate chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening
1/4 cup M&M's® minis chocolate candies

Steps:

  • Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Place cereal in large bowl; set aside.
  • In medium microwavable bowl, microwave unwrapped caramels and water uncovered on High 2 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is smooth. Remove from microwave.
  • Pour caramel mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until cereal is evenly coated. Gently stir in marshmallows. Pour cereal mixture into pan. With buttered back of spoon, press mixture in pan until even.
  • In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and shortening uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is smooth. Drizzle chocolate over top of cereal mixture. Sprinkle M&M's™ minis chocolate candies evenly over chocolate. Refrigerate until mixture is firm and glaze is set, about 1 hour.
  • With table knife, cut cereal mixture into 9 rows by 4 rows to make 36 bars. Store in loosely covered container.

4 cups toasted oat cereal
2 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
2 cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, toss together the toasted oat cereal, rice cereal, peanuts and chocolate pieces; set aside. Grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together the corn syrup and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and quickly stir into the peanut butter and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the cereal mixture and mix well. Press into the prepared pan. Let stand until set. Cut into bars and serve.

Our no bake strawberry cheesecake bars are going to be your favorite dessert this summer!

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter (melted)
1 Tablespoon sugar
16 ounces cream cheese ((2 packages), room temp)
1 cup sugar
1½ cups fresh strawberries (thinly sliced)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  • Line an 8x8" baking pan with wax paper or parchment paper, leaving some extra hanging over the sides of the pan for easy removal.
  • Press the graham crackers into the bottom of the pan.
  • Place the pan in the freezer for 15-30 minutes or until crust is set and cooled down.
  • In a blender, add cream cheese, sugar, strawberries, and vanilla. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form (it will take a few minutes - I beat mine with an electric hand mixer).
  • Folding whipping cream into the creamy strawberry mixture.
  • Pour strawberry mixture into chilled crust. Spread over crust so that strawberry mixture is smooth and even.
  • Cover pan and freeze for 4-6 hours or even overnight.
  • When ready to serve, remove pan a few minutes before cutting. Top bars with fresh strawberries and more whipped cream, if desired.
  • Place leftovers back into the fridge.
