1 cup chunky peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
One 12-ounce box vanilla wafers
One 12-ounce bag mini semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Steps:

  • For the filling: Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan with some butter.
  • Using a stand or electric hand mixer, mix together the butter and chunky peanut butter until smooth. Stir in the sugar a cup at a time.

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons peanut butter (I use smooth)
1 ounce bittersweet chocolate
1 cup roasted peanuts (I use salted)
1 cup roasted cashews (I use salted)

Steps:

  • Combine the peanuts and cashews in a ziplock bag, whack them with a rolling pin or a pestle (to coarsely'chop' them).
  • Combine honey and sugar in a saucepan, and using low heat, heat until mixture starts to boil.
