CEREAL BARS (NO BAKE)
This is a recipe I have adapted from CDkitchen "Gluten-Free Granola Bars Recipe". This has become a staple in our house! We make 2 batches of these a week, wrap them in parchment paper and seal them in an air tight glass container. Note: If you are gluten intolerant, you need to make sure that the rice and corn cereals you choose are gluten free. Some rice and corn cereals contain malt which is derived from barely. We use Nature's Path Rice cereal and Honey Sweetened Corn Flakes.

Tips:
- Use fresh cereal. Stale cereal will not hold together as well and will make the bars less flavorful.
- Do not overmix the ingredients. Overmixing will make the bars tough.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan. This will help the bars hold together better.
- Chill the bars for at least 30 minutes before cutting. This will make them easier to cut and will help them hold their shape.
- Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
No-bake team spirit cereal bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are a great way to use up leftover cereal, and they can be customized to your liking. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious snack that everyone will enjoy.
