Time 45m

Yield 12 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup shredded coconut
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice (use juice)
1 cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray pan with baking pan spray. You must use baking pan spray or oil and flour to prevent sticking.
  • Mix all ingredients except chips. Mix chips.
  • Bake in bundt pan for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool. Then take it out of the pan. It gets stuck to the pan sometimes but it is very good anyway. Any suggestions would be great also.
  • Optional: Top with glaze or powdered sugar. It is very sweet so it is not really needed.

Tips:

  • Use fresh fruits: Fresh pineapple and coconut milk add the best flavor to a non-alcoholic piña colada. If you can't find fresh pineapple, you can use frozen pineapple that has been thawed and drained.
  • Chill your ingredients: Chilling the pineapple, coconut milk, and cream of coconut before blending will help make a slushy, refreshing drink.
  • Adjust the sweetness: The amount of sugar or honey you add will depend on the sweetness of your pineapple and coconut milk. Taste the drink before serving and adjust the sweetness as needed.
  • Garnish with fun toppings: A pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or a sprinkle of nutmeg add a festive touch to your non-alcoholic piña colada.
  • Make it a party: This non-alcoholic piña colada recipe is perfect for a party. Simply double or triple the recipe and serve it in a punch bowl with plenty of ice.

Conclusion:

This non-alcoholic piña colada recipe is a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy the flavors of the tropics without the alcohol. It's perfect for parties, barbecues, or just a relaxing day at home. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a delicious non-alcoholic piña colada that everyone will love. So next time you're craving a tropical drink, give this recipe a try!
