1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
2 cups confectioners' sugar
⅔ cup crunchy peanut butter
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
¾ cup chocolate syrup
1 cup chopped salted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk until blended. Mix in the sugar and peanut butter until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.
  • Spoon mixture into all 3 graham cracker crusts. Drizzle each with chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of peanuts. Cover and freeze for about 2 to 3 hours.
  • Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.

1 box vanilla cake mix
4 eggs
1 c water
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 c mashed bananas
1/4 c toffee bits
1/2 c cashews, chopped
2 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 box [3.5oz] instant banana pudding mix
GLAZE
2 c powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 c walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 mini bundt pans [set of 6]
  • 2. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix and pudding mix, 2 tbsp of flour, 2 tbsp of baking powder, 1/2 c of sugar. Add slightly beaten eggs to dry mixture, then add water, oil, vanilla; Blend well.
  • 3. Add mashed bananas, chopped nuts, and toffee bits. Beat 4-5 minutes on medium speed. Scrape down sides.
  • 4. Pour batter in prepared pan, fill 3/4 high in each section. Bake 17-20 minutes for each pan or until cakes lightly brown. Test cakes with toothpick for doneness, if necessary.
  • 5. GLAZE: In a small bowl, melt butter. Add powdered sugar and stir. Gradually add spoons of water to make desired consistency for glaze. Add nuts, and whisk until glaze is smooth and reaches a drizzle consistency. Add water if necessary. Once cakes cool, drizzle icing over cake in a circular motion until icing and nuts are eveningly distributed on each mini bundt.

1 pkg oreo cookies
1 stick butter , melted
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
FOR THE FUDGE
1 can(s) evaporated milk
6 oz chocolate chips
1 stick butter
2 c powdered sugar
1 c peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. Crush oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 pan and freeze until firm. Spread ice cream over oreos. This is easily done by slicing ice cream and laying over crust. Put back into freezer until fudge is made and completely cooled.
  • 2. Mix evaporated milk, chocolate chips, butter, and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a slow boil and cook over heat for 8 minutes. Cool completely and pour over ice cream. Top with peanuts and freeze.
