Tips:

  • Use a ripe and juicy variety of strawberries. This will ensure that your tart is bursting with flavor.
  • Make sure your strawberries are cleaned and hulled before you begin. This will help to prevent any unwanted grit or seeds in your tart.
  • For a more intense orange flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice in the glaze. You can also add a tablespoon of orange zest to the glaze for an extra boost of citrus.
  • If you don't have a pastry brush, you can use a spoon to spread the glaze over the strawberries. Just be sure to do it gently so that you don't damage the berries.
  • Serve your orange glazed strawberry tart immediately, or store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. The glaze will help to keep the strawberries fresh and juicy.
