Tips:

- Properly Measure Ingredients: Use a kitchen scale to accurately measure ingredients, especially flour, sugar, and spices. Correct measurements ensure the bread turns out perfect.
- Don't Overmix: Overmixing can result in a dense, tough bread. Mix the batter until just combined, taking care not to overwork the gluten in the flour.
- Use Quality Spices: Use fresh, flavorful spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger for the best flavor. Ground spices tend to lose their potency over time, so use fresh spices whenever possible.
- Don't Skimp on the Orange Zest: Orange zest adds a bright, citrusy flavor to the bread. Be sure to use fresh orange zest for the best results.
- Let the Bread Cool Completely: Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help the bread set and develop its full flavor.
