1 1/2 cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour ((bleached flour toughens baked goods))
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
2 10-oz. pkgs. Yum-Mallow Rainbow Chip Morsels (divided use)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease or spray an 12x17" large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, salt and baking soda.
  • Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Stir in flour and 1 ½ cups Rainbow Chip morsels with a wooden spoon until combined.
  • Press dough into prepared cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of Rainbow chips over top.

1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ rainbow chip cake mix
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
24 Oreo golden or birthday cake creme-filled sandwich cookies
1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy rainbow chip frosting

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan, and line with cooking parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the two longer sides.
  • In medium bowl, make sugar cookie dough as directed on pouch.
  • In another medium bowl, beat cake mix, water, melted butter and eggs to make thick batter.
