OVEN BAKED BACON WRAPPED BBQ COUNTRY RIBS

I've kept with that tradition, but kicked it up a notch! These are great with some broasted or oven roasted potatoes! ***Disclaimer - 99% of the dishes represented by the photographs are shot with a Pro SLR camera and owned by me. Tips:
- Choose high-quality pork country ribs: Look for ribs that are meaty and have good marbling. Avoid ribs that are excessively fatty or have a lot of bone.
- Prepare the ribs properly: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs to help the BBQ sauce penetrate the meat. You can also trim any excess fat or gristle.
- Use a flavorful BBQ sauce: Choose a BBQ sauce that you enjoy the taste of. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
- Cook the ribs low and slow: This will help the meat become tender and fall off the bone. Cook the ribs at a temperature of around 225-250°F for 2-3 hours.
- Wrap the ribs in bacon: This will add flavor and help to keep the ribs moist. Wrap each rib individually with a slice of bacon, making sure to overlap the bacon slightly.
- Baste the ribs with BBQ sauce: Baste the ribs with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes or so during the cooking process. This will help to keep the ribs moist and flavorful.
- Rest the ribs before serving: Let the ribs rest for at least 10 minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat.
Conclusion:
Oven-baked bacon-wrapped BBQ country ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The ribs are tender and fall off the bone, and the bacon adds a delicious smoky flavor. Whether you are cooking for a party or just a family dinner, these ribs are sure to be a hit.
