1 Teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Cup long grain white rice
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, until beginning to soften.
