Categories     Chicken

Number Of Ingredients 5

3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbs Dijon
6 chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375F Mix crumbs and cheese in large plastic bag. Combine butter and mustard. Dip chicken in butter mixture. Shake in bag to coat. Bake uncovered 20-30 min, turning once

Tips:

  • Use a good quality Parmesan cheese. Freshly grated Parmesan will give your chicken the best flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. If you overcrowd the pan, the chicken will not cook evenly.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat. Cooking the chicken over medium heat will help it to cook evenly without burning.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken is cooked through. The chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken rest before serving. Letting the chicken rest will help the juices to redistribute, resulting in more tender and flavorful chicken.

Conclusion:

Parmesan Dijon chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and herbs gives the chicken a wonderful flavor that is sure to please everyone. Whether you are serving it for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion, this dish is sure to be a hit.
