HAM AND EGG TEA SANDWICHES
Steps:
- For the egg salad: Start by hard boiling your eggs. Put your eggs in cold water in a medium saucepan, place on the stove, and bring to a boil. Turn the stove off, cover the saucepan with a lid, and after 15 minutes run them under cold water. Peel the shells from the eggs (reserve 2 whole eggs for Round 2 Recipe Nicoise Salad with Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette) and chop.
- In another bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, paprika, dill, and salt and pepper. Add the chopped eggs and gently toss.
- For the ham salad: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, onion, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add the celery and half the ham (reserve remaining half for Online Round 2 Recipe Ham and Cheese Breakfast Burrito) and toss to coat. Set aside.
- For the sandwiches: Cut off the crusts from the wheat and white bread. On a clean surface, place 1 slice white bread down and top with half the egg salad. Top that with 1 slice wheat bread and spread half the ham salad on top. Top with 1 slice white bread. Slice crosswise into triangles. Repeat, alternating the white and wheat bread as the beginning slice, until you have made 4 sandwiches.

HAM AND EGG SALAD
Great egg salad with a little something extra. Delicious for regular sandwiches and also finger sandwiches, or on large sturdy crackers (like the Swedish rye crisps). This recipe would be delicious using a great Southern U.S. ham.

BAKED HAM, EGG AND CHEESE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES FOR A CROWD
The genius move behind these easy sandwiches is cooking enough scrambled eggs for twelve on a baking sheet; no stovetop required. Top with sliced cheese and sandwich between pillowy pull-apart rolls, then let the oven do the rest of the work for you!

Steps:
- Position a rack in the lower third of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place two 2-foot-long pieces of nonstick aluminum foil next to each other so the long sides are just touching. Pinch the edges together and then fold them over several times to seal and form one large piece of foil. Line a rimmed baking sheet with the foil and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk well. Add the scallions, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons water and whisk to combine.
- Split the whole pack of attached dinner rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife. Set aside.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven to melt, about 3 minutes. Spread the butter all over the foil with a pastry brush and then pour in the egg mixture. Place the attached roll halves cut-side down and side by side on top of the eggs and return to the oven. Bake until the eggs are completely set, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, butter another baking sheet with the remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Using heatproof mitts, top the rolls with this baking sheet and invert the whole thing. Remove the top baking sheet and peel back the foil. Top half the eggs with the cheese and the other half with the ham. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Using a large metal hamburger spatula, flip the bottom half of the rolls onto the other half, so the rolls are top-side up. Cut or pull the rolls apart. Serve with hot sauce.

Tips:
- Choose the right bread: A sturdy bread, such as a potato roll or a croissant, will hold up well to the filling. You can also use a lighter bread, such as a white or wheat bread, if you prefer.
- Don't overcook the eggs: Overcooked eggs will be rubbery and tough. Cook the eggs until they are just set, then remove them from the heat and let them cool.
- Use a good quality ham: The quality of the ham will make a big difference in the flavor of the sandwich. Look for a ham that is well-seasoned and has a good smoky flavor.
- Add your favorite toppings: You can add any of your favorite toppings to the egg salad, such as chopped celery, onion, pickles, or herbs. You can also add a spread, such as mayonnaise, mustard, or cream cheese, to the bread before adding the egg salad.
- Serve the sandwiches immediately: Egg salad sandwiches are best served immediately after they are made. If you need to make them ahead of time, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Conclusion:
Party ham and egg salad sandwiches are a classic party food that is always a hit. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. With a few simple tips, you can make the perfect party ham and egg salad sandwich that will be enjoyed by everyone.
