Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. This is especially important for the shrimp and the dill.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cooks very quickly, so it's important not to overcook it. Otherwise, it will become tough and rubbery.
  • Make sure the sauce is thick enough: The sauce should be thick enough to coat the shrimp and pasta without being too heavy.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce over time, so it's best to enjoy it while it's still fresh.

Conclusion:

This pasta with shrimp and dill cream sauce is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal. The shrimp is cooked in a creamy sauce made with dill, white wine, and Parmesan cheese. The pasta is then tossed with the sauce and shrimp and served immediately.
