PASTA WITH TUNA AND TOMATO CREAM SAUCE
I actually found this at the foot of the page, under the Cooking Channel site. The recipe is courtesy of chef David Rocco. The cream in the sauce seems to mellow the tuna and tomatoes -- it's my favorite pasta sauce with tuna. Really delicious and pretty with butterfly pasta.

Tips:
- Use high-quality canned tuna for the best flavor. Look for tuna that is packed in olive oil or spring water.
- If you don't have heavy cream, you can substitute milk or half-and-half. However, the sauce will be thinner.
- Fresh herbs like basil, oregano, and thyme are a great way to add flavor to the dish. Add them at the end of cooking for the best flavor.
- If you like a spicy sauce, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce.
- Serve the pasta with a side of crusty bread or a green salad.
Conclusion:
Pasta with tuna and tomato cream sauce is a quick and easy weeknight meal that the whole family will love. It is also a great way to use up leftover tuna. The creamy sauce is rich and flavorful, and the tuna adds a nice protein boost. This dish is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
