PEACH FRITTER
This came up on one of those feeds from facebook and I made a few changes from other recipes I like and they turned out so good, light and fresh and enjoyed by all that tried them. Hope you like them too. I made these with fresh peaches but thinking frozen ones, thawed and drained would work good too

Tips:
- For a crispy exterior and fluffy interior, make sure the batter is cold before frying the fritters.
- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. If your peaches are not ripe, you can speed up the ripening process by placing them in a paper bag with an apple or banana.
- If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
- Be careful not to overcrowd the pan when frying the fritters. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
- Serve the fritters warm with your favorite toppings, such as powdered sugar, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
Conclusion:
Peach cinnamon fritters are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With their crispy exterior and fluffy interior, these fritters are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So next time you're looking for a sweet and satisfying snack, give peach cinnamon fritters a try. You won't be disappointed!
