1/4 cup sugar
5 cups water
1 (12-oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (12-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 1/2 cups peach-flavored schnapps
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 (2-liter) bottle (8 1/2 cups) ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

  • In medium saucepan, combine sugar and 2 cups of the water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • In large nonmetal freezer container, combine concentrates, remaining 3 cups water, the schnapps and lemon juice; blend well. Stir in sugar mixture. Cover; freeze at least 8 hours or overnight until frozen, stirring 2 or 3 times after 2 hours.
  • To serve, spoon 1/2 cup slush mixture into each glass. Add about 1/3 cup ginger ale to each; stir gently.

1/4 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade, thawed
3 cups water
2 1/2 cups schnapps, peach flavored
1/3 cup lemon juice
ginger ale, slice soda or carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Steps:

  • In a medium pan, boil sugar and 2 cups water for 3 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • In large non-metal container (a 1 gallon ice cream bucket works well), combine sugar-water mixture, concentrates, 3 cups water, schnapps, and lemon juice.
