AMAZING PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES
If you love peanut butter then this is for you, these are moist, rich and they bake out perfrectly, I made mine in an 11 x 7-inch baking pan but you can also bake it in a 13 x 9-inch pan and adjust the baking time slightly --- you don't need a mixer to make this everything is mixed by hand and you won't even need icing on these, just serve these topped with ice cream, yield is only estimated.

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES
I loved peanut butter brownies as a kid but my adult taste buds now find the available recipes overly sweet with a mild peanut flavor. This updated recipe relies on powdered peanuts to boost peanut flavor. I've reduced the sugar by about 1/3 from the typical recipes. This recipe reflects the best of three alternate variations that I attempted.

Tips:
- For fudgy brownies, use melted chocolate and butter, not cocoa powder.
- To make sure your brownies don't turn out dry, don't overmix the batter.
- Be generous with the chocolate chunks. The more chocolate chunks, the better!
- If you don't have chocolate chunks on hand, you can use chopped chocolate bars or even chocolate chips.
- To make sure your brownies are cooked through, insert a toothpick into the center of the pan. If the toothpick comes out clean, the brownies are done.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help prevent them from falling apart.
Conclusion:
Peanut butter and chocolate chunk brownies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion.
