- 1. Open packages of cream cheese and place in bowl. Start draining the pineapple right away and get as much of the juice separated from the fruit as you can.

- 2. add 1/2 cup drained, chopped maraschino cherries and gently stir

- Take walnuts and chop in food processor. Remove and set aside. Place bell pepper and onion in processor until finely chopped. Place pineapple in processor and chop until finely chopped. Add 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Put softened cream cheese in processor with bell pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1/2 the mixture of chopped walnuts. Blend thoroughly. Remove and shape into a ball put remainder of walnuts on top of ball. Refridgerate 1 hour until chilled.
