Pineapple & Teriyaki Noodle Stir-Fry

This recipe combines the sweet and tangy flavors of pineapple, the savoriness of teriyaki, and the satisfying chew of noodles. Here are some tips and the conclusion for this recipe.

Pineapple & Teriyaki Noodle Stir-Fry

  • Use fresh pineapple. If you can't find fresh pineapple, you can use canned pineapple, but be sure to rinse it well and pat it dry before using.
  • Use a good quality teriyaki, if possible. Look for one that's not too sweet or too salty. You can also make your own teriyaki.
  • Be sure to cook the noodles until they're al-dente, or slightly firm to the bit. This will help them stand up to the stirring and not get too soggy.
  • Add the pineapple and teriyaki towards the end of cooking. This will help the pineapple keep its sweetness and the teriyaki from getting too sticky.
  • Serve the noodle stirfry garnished with green onions or cilantro.
