Tips:

  • Use fresh pineapple: Fresh pineapple chunks add a burst of flavor to these cookies. You can also use canned pineapple, but be sure to drain it well.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes will help the cookies hold their shape in the oven.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set: The cookies should be slightly golden brown on the edges but still soft in the center.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving: The cookies will firm up as they cool, so let them cool completely before serving.

Conclusion:

Pineapple Paradise Cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are soft and chewy with a burst of pineapple flavor. The cookies are also topped with a sweet and tangy pineapple glaze. If you are looking for a delicious and unique cookie recipe, be sure to try Pineapple Paradise Cookies.
