4 oz (half of 8-oz package) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Nutrition Facts : ServingSize 1 Serving

Tips:

  • Choose ripe pineapple: The fresher the pineapple, the better the flavor of the dip will be. Use a ripe pineapple that is sweet and juicy.
  • Drain the pineapple well: Make sure to drain the pineapple thoroughly before adding it to the dip. This will prevent the dip from becoming too watery.
  • Use a high-quality coconut cream: The coconut cream is a key ingredient in this dip, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for a coconut cream that is thick and creamy, with a rich coconut flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking: This dip can be made as sweet or as tart as you like. If you want a sweeter dip, add more sugar or honey. If you want a tarter dip, add more lime juice.
  • Chill the dip before serving: This dip is best served chilled. This will allow the flavors to meld together and will make the dip more refreshing.

Conclusion:

Piña colada fruit dip is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It's a great way to use up leftover pineapple, and it's always a hit with kids and adults alike. So next time you're looking for a refreshing and tropical treat, give this piña colada fruit dip a try. You won't be disappointed!
