1 medium onion (peeled and cut in rings)
1 package Lipton onion soup
1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained (could use fresh tomatoes)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice

Steps:

½ (10.75 ounce) can water
1 small onion, diced
