2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
8 ounces Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Melt butter, pour into a 9 x 13 dish – add graham cracker crumbs.
  • Press in bottom of 9 x 13 forming a crust.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.

6 tablespoons (3 oz.) unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 cup (about 4 oz.) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21-oz.) can cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl until combined. Press mixture evenly into bottom of an 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until crust is toasty and edges are golden, 12 to 14 minutes. 24 marshmallows (large ones)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
