Tips:

  • Use fresh fish fillets. This will ensure that your fish is tender and flaky.
  • Soak the fish fillets in milk for 30 minutes before cooking. This will help to keep the fish moist and prevent it from drying out.
  • Use a light beer batter. This will help to create a crispy coating on the fish without weighing it down.
  • Pretzels must be crushed into fine crumbs. This will help them to adhere to the fish and create a uniform coating.
  • Fry the fish in hot oil. This will help to create a golden brown crust and prevent the fish from sticking to the pan.
  • Serve the fish with your favorite dipping sauce. Tartar sauce, ranch dressing, or honey mustard are all great options.

Conclusion:

Pretzel-coated fried fish is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a casual meal. The fish is tender and flaky on the inside, with a crispy and flavorful pretzel coating on the outside. Serve it with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
