Steps:
- Crush the Ammonium (if not powdered) between two pieces of waxed paper, avoid inhaling. Cream shortening and butter together, add ammonium and sugar. Mix until well blended. Add the flour, a little bit at a time. Stir in coconut. Chill dough in bowl for at least one hour. Preheat oven to 325. Form dough into small balls (about 1 inch big) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly brown. Roll on powdered sugar while they are still warm. Enjoy!

- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add flour and egg yolks. Beat 1 minute.
- Chill.
- Shape into balls. Dip in egg whites and roll in chopped pecans.
- Flatten on a cookie sheet and press thumb in center of each cookie. Fill indentation with jam.
- Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a mini-muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Mix 1 cup of toffee bits into batter.
- Spoon brownie batter into muffin tin, filling about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool completely.
- Pour packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Caramel Flavour Mix into can of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter. Stir until evenly blended.
- Frost brownie gems with a dollop of the Caramel frosting you just created. Sprinkle remaining cup toffee bits on top as a garnish.
