PUMPKIN & ANGEL FOOD CAKE TRIFLE
We made this Pumpkin and Angel Food Cake Trifle as a special treat for dessert one night. My son loved it so much that he requested this be a new addition to our family's Thanksgiving dinner. You can also use just the first part of the recipe to make pumpkin pudding! That was delicious too! I had a hard time placing those...

PUMPKIN ANGEL CAKE
I created this recipe last fall when I had a bumper crop of pumpkins. Many holiday desserts are high in fat and calories, but this cake is a healthier alternative. It's perfect for holiday entertaining-light enough to serve after a big meal.

Tips:
- Before you start baking, make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature. This will help the cake batter to come together smoothly. - To get the perfect light and fluffy texture, make sure to cream the butter and sugar together until they are light and fluffy. This will incorporate air into the batter and help the cake to rise. - Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can cause the cake to be tough and dense. Mix just until the ingredients are combined. - Bake the cake in a preheated oven. This will help to ensure that the cake bakes evenly. - Don't open the oven door while the cake is baking. This can cause the cake to fall. - Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help to prevent the frosting from melting. Conclusion:
Pumpkin Angel Food Cake is the perfect fall dessert. It's light and fluffy, with a moist and tender crumb. The pumpkin flavor is subtle and not overpowering. This cake is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
