Tips:

  • For the perfect texture, use a combination of granulated sugar and brown sugar. Granulated sugar will give the bars a crisp crust, while brown sugar will add a chewy, moist center.
  • Don't overbeat the batter. Overbeating will make the bars tough.
  • Make sure the pumpkin puree is smooth. If it's lumpy, the bars will be too.
  • Bake the bars until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking will make the bars dry.
  • Let the bars cool completely before glazing them. This will help the glaze set properly.

Conclusion:

Pumpkin Bars with Maple Glaze are a fall classic that are perfect for any occasion. They're easy to make and always a hit with friends and family. So next time you're looking for a delicious and festive treat, give these bars a try. You won't be disappointed!
