Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen pumpkin puree for the best flavor. If using canned pumpkin puree, be sure to drain off any excess liquid before using.
  • Toast the pecans in a preheated oven for a few minutes to enhance their flavor.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best results. You can also use chopped white chocolate if you prefer.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They will keep for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Conclusion:

These pumpkin pecan white chocolate cookies are a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking.
