Definitely a keeper! This recipe is easy to follow and the results are delicious. I'll be making these carrots again and again.

Not bad, but not great. The carrots were a little too soft for my taste and the beer flavor was a bit too strong. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

These carrots were amazing! I used a dark beer and they had a slightly sweet, caramelized flavor. I will definitely be making them again.

Loved this recipe! The carrots were cooked perfectly and the beer added a delicious flavor. I served it with roasted chicken and mashed potatoes, and it was a hit with the whole family.
