Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start baking, measure and gather all your ingredients and equipment. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
  • Use fresh pumpkin puree: Fresh pumpkin puree will give your cake the best flavor. If you don't have time to make your own, you can use canned pumpkin puree, but make sure it is unsweetened.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make your cake tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This is the best way to tell if your cake is done baking.
  • Let the cake cool completely before glazing: This will help the glaze set properly.

Conclusion:

This pumpkin streusel bundt cake is a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for fall. It is moist and flavorful, with a sweet and crunchy streusel topping. With its beautiful presentation, it is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
