Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups milk
6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Tips:

  • Use quality ingredients. Fresh Parmesan cheese and high-quality butter will make a big difference in the flavor of your sauce.
  • Don't overheat the sauce. Keep the heat on low and stir constantly to prevent the sauce from curdling.
  • Add the pasta to the sauce, not the other way around. This will help the sauce coat the pasta evenly.
  • Don't rinse the pasta before adding it to the sauce. The starch in the pasta will help the sauce adhere to it.
  • Serve the sauce immediately. Alfredo sauce is best when it's fresh.

Conclusion:

Alfredo sauce is a classic Italian sauce that is easy to make and delicious. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a creamy, flavorful sauce that is perfect for pasta, chicken, or vegetables. Whether you're making a quick and easy meal or a special occasion dinner, Alfredo sauce is sure to be a hit.
