4 Cortland apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
2 Bartlett pears - peeled, cored, and chopped
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
