1/4 cup raw sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 (15 1/4-ounce) cans pear halves, keeping stem end attached, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar

Steps:
