3/4 cup packed fresh parsley sprigs, stems removed
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves

1/2 English cucumber, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice

⅓ cup currants
¼ cup chopped fresh mint
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon agave nectar
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt
