1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter, cubed
2 cups corn bread stuffing mix
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
RAISIN SAUCE:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 cup raisins
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup cider vinegar

  • Using a sharp thin-bladed knife and beginning at one end of the ham, carefully cut a 2-1/2-in. circle about 6 in. deep; remove cutout.
