2 cups raisins
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
1 ½ cups sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 ¾ cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, softened

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Cook first six ingredients over low heat until well blended. Set aside to cool.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, oatmeal, baking soda, butter, flour and salt until crumbly. Press half of mixture into pan.
  • Pour cooked mixture over crust and crumble the other half of crust over the top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

2 1/2 cups dark raisins
1 3/4 cups water
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 egg yolks
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & grease a 13"x9" glass baking dish.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine raisins & water, then cook over medium heat for 10 minutes before draining well. Set raisins aside to cool.
  • In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, oats, flour & baking soda, mixing well.
  • Evenly press 2 cups of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, & bake for 7 minutes, until partially cooked & slightly set.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine egg yolks, granulated sugar, sour cream, cornstarch & cinnamon, & stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
  • Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens & resembles pudding, about 8 minutes, then remove from heat & stir in raisins & vanilla.
  • Pour onto the crust , then crumble remaining oat mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake 25 minutes, or until set, then remove from oven & cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting & serving.

1/3 cup margarine or 1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans or 1/2 cup other nuts
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 (325 for glass pan).
  • Combine cake mix and margarine.
  • Mix until crumbly.
  • Press into prepared 9x13" pan.
  • Sprinkle with raisins and pecans.
  • Combine remaining ingredients until well blended.

1 C. Brown Sugar
1 t. Soda
1 C. Butter (Melted)
4 egg yolks
1 and 1/2 C. sugar
3 T. corn starch
2 C. sour cream (12 oz.)
2 C. raisins

Steps:

  • Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and soda, and pour melted shortening over the top; mix. Pat 2/3 of the mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 min; cool. Mix egg yolks, sugar, corn starch, sour cream, and raisins and cook until thick; reduce heat and cook 5-10 min stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Pour onto baked crust. Add reserved crumbs and bake at 350 for 20 min.
