When I got home, I was happy to find the recipe in one of my Nordstrom's cookbooks, Entertaining At Home Cookbook. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. The intro states they tried various sorbets and discovered that it's important to use the Haagen Dazs brand of sorbet in order for the right flavor to be reached for this smoothie. Personally, I'm a frequent shopper of generic brands, but I will leave it up to others to use whatever brand they prefer.
