Tips:

  • Choose the right ribs: Country-style pork ribs are the best choice for this recipe, as they are meaty and flavorful. Look for ribs that are about 1 inch thick and have a good amount of marbling.
  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what gives the ribs their delicious flavor, so make sure to use a good one. This recipe uses a simple marinade made with brown sugar, garlic, onion, paprika, and chili powder.
  • Cook the ribs slowly and low: The best way to cook country-style pork ribs is to cook them slowly and low. This will help them to become tender and fall off the bone.
  • Use a meat thermometer: A meat thermometer is the best way to ensure that the ribs are cooked to perfection. Cook the ribs until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the ribs rest before serving: Once the ribs are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.

Conclusion:

Country-style pork ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. By following these tips, you can make sure that your ribs turn out perfect every time.
