OATMEAL REESE'S PIECES COOKIES
These Oatmeal Reese's Pieces Cookies are the perfect comfort food for any occasion! These soft, chewy oatmeal cookies have the sweet and salty combo of Reese's Pieces to take them over the top!

Steps:
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together butter, both sugars and eggs until creamy.
- Add peanut butter, oats, flour and baking powder. Mix together until all ingredients are well-combined.
- Add Reese's Pieces and carefully fold into batter.
- Use an ice cream scoop to drop cookie batter onto the lined cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart from each other.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes and allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- Cream shortening, brown sugar, granulated sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt. Add alternately with milk to sugar mixture. Stir in oats and andy pieces. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls or #16 scoop onto prepared pan.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 1 dozen pieces.

This recipe was on the back of the package of the mini pieces. I did change a bit to our liking. It made for a delicious cookie.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar in large bowl until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture, stirring after each addition. I stirred by hand.
- Stir in oats and candy pieces.
- Drop by tablespoons (I used tablespoon measuring spoon) onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Mine baked in 9 1/2 minutes. We like a chewy cookie so I take mine out just when the edges are browned.
- Leave on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
